Maximum Value Plan 500
Maximum Value Plan 500 (MVP) is a comprehensive, self-funded, major medical plan providing a co-payment only benefit structure to the beneficiaries of an employer group.

The MVP500 plan includes access to the PPC Network, PHCS Provider Network, Catastrophic Coverage, DrexiRX, Lab Testing, Diagnostic Imaging, Teladoc, and Doc Wellbee discounts for dental, vision, hearing, and roadside assistance.

Association Medical Plans
Association Medical Plan (AMP) is structured to meet your employee’s basic healthcare needs. AMP benefits include access to the PPC Network, PHCS Provider Network, DrexiRX, Lab Testing, Teladoc, and Doc Wellbee discounts for dental, vision, hearing, and roadside assistance. Additionally, you may choose a PPC Provider at $0 co-payment or nominate your current primary care physician for approval with PPC. Finally, you may select the Healthcare Debit Card (HDC) debit card to direct your benefit.

AMP Plus structure and benefits are the same as the above AMP. The AMP PLUS added benefits include Diagnostic Imaging at $0 co-payment at participating imaging centers. Typical services provided are X-Ray, CT Scan, MRI, PET Scan, Ultrasounds, and Mammograms.
